My name is Chris and I am a personal trainer specializing in weight loss and high intensity training. I love working with clients who are motivated to see a positive change and bring the effort every day. I got my start in the industry after having back surgery and realizing my sedentary lifestyle combined with a horrid family health history was going to continue to cause me health problems as I aged. I jumped in with both feet and fell in love with the process of changing your body and fitness level. I work with my clients around the clock to provide support, motivation, and guidance to help ensure results. I have worked with men, women, kids, and the elderly; if you’re motivated and willing to put in the work, you’re my type of client.
